Ethics

The RESA® Ethics class and exam is an extremely important factor in raising the bar for the home staging industry.  RESA-PRO™ is the only designation governed and regulated by the Real Estate Staging Association.  RESA® ensures that RESA-PRO™ designees uphold the highest ethical standards possible.

The RESA-PRO™ Ethics exam and test are required to earn your RESA-PRO™. RESA-PRO™ designees are required to re-take the Ethics exam and pass the ethics class every two years in order to renew the designation.

The RESA-PRO™ Ethics Exam is 20 questions. You need an minimum score of 90% in order to pass.

You have 45 minutes to take the exam.

Course and exam is emailed to you upon paying for your RESA-PRO™.  Designation will be awarded after you have passed the Ethics exam.
